This illustrates the total number of contacts requesting advice that staff resolved in January 2021. Multiple separate contacts from the same individual will show as separate contacts here. The topics addressed in our responses are broken down in separate visualizations below.
Responses by topic
Some contacts involve more than one topic, particularly when they involve the ethics rules. Previously, we assigned only one topic to each contact/request. We found that approach does not accurately reflect the scope of informal advice we provide. For 2021, we are tracking all topics on which advice was given in response to a request. As a result, the total number of topics may be larger than the total number of requests resolved.
