May a City employee's spouse engage in political fundraising?
Yes. A City employee's spouse may participate in political fundraising activities, but the City employee must ensure that they play no role whatsoever in such activities. For example, the City employee must ensure that their name does not appear on any correspondence or promotional materials related to the spouse’s political fundraising.
