If an employee leaves employment in January of 2021, what financial disclosure forms must they file?
An employee who is required to file a statement of financial interests pursuant to the Pennsylvania Ethics Act or the City Code must, in 2021, file a statement for 2020 and in 2022 file a statement for 2021.
