Scheduling campaign events for elected official

A City employee serves as the office scheduler for a City elected official. May this employee place campaign-related events on the elected official's office schedule?

Yes. The office scheduler may also communicate and share scheduling information with the City official's campaign scheduler. During such interactions, however, the office scheduler should take care not to engage in any discussion about campaign strategy and the like.
