Are former employees of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation ("PIDC") subject to the post-employment rules found in the City's Ethics Code?
No. PIDC is not part of City government and its employees are therefore not subject to the City’s Ethics Code. Employees of PIDC may, however, be subject to the post-employment restrictions of the State Ethics Act.
