Board staff has been working on new ways to track and communicate about our informal advice work. It is our hope that the visualized data provides staff, the Board, and the public with a clearer picture of the types of questions we get, the level of complexity of the responses, and fluctuations over the course of the year. We will be adding the monthly charts, which can also be found in the monthly General Counsel Report, to the site over the next few weeks.
We kicked off the data visualization effort at the January 2020 Board Meeting with this year-in-review presentation.
